available puppies
Due to our carefully selective breeding, we do not mass produce. We have 1-3 litters per year. Here you will find puppies we have available at the moment.
If no puppies are listed on this page, we do not have a litter currently available. However, we also help find homes for incredible frenchie babies available within our extended family tree. Do not hesitate to contact me if you are interested in a puppy and we do not have any listed here or you do not see a color you are looking for.
A Lavish frenchie comes to you well socialized with kids of all ages and is exposed to small children, older dogs, and loud noises. They come with age appropriate vaccines and dewormers completed along with documents from their vet examination, medical records booklet, and pet AKC registration. Full AKC is available at additional cost and will be taken on case to case basis. We also prepare a goody bag for your puppy with a food sample, some pee pads, toys, and a blankie with momma and littermates' scent to help make the transition smoother for your puppy.
We want to ensure you and your frenchie have the best life together. We will be with you every step of the way and make ourselves available to help or answer any questions you may have during the process, even after you bring your little cherub home.
We take a $1500-$2500 deposit to reserve your puppy until he/she is ready to leave the nest. The remaining balance is due at pick up time whether you are picking up in person or we are personally delivering to you. In the coming weeks, you will be receiving weekly photos and updates of your growing bean. All deposits placed are non refundable, non transferable for any reason to ensure seriousness of proceeding with the adoption of your baby. Once deposit is placed, we will email a receipt for you to sign and will be turning away all other potential buyers who are interested in the same puppy; in many cases there is more than one family we are speaking to about the same puppy.
It is important to continue with potty training after you receive your little bundle of joy. Consintency is key and we are here to guide you through the process. We prepare each puppy as much as we can from an early stage. Starting at 4 weeks of age when our puppies start to eat softened puppy kibble, we introduce them to pee pads which they continue to use until they leave our home at 8 weeks of age. When weather permits, we take the babies outside for potty breaks and playtime when they are old enough to play in the grass. This helps boost their social skills even more and allows them to explore the outdoors and receive vitamin D as an added bonus.
If you have the desire to grow your family by four little lavish feet, feel free to contact me for pricing.
